Our Partner Support Plans
We offer two Partner Support options but these can be tailored to suit your requirements, for example 24/7/365 support or onsite days:
Option 1: Dynamics GP Support +
Our Microsoft Dynamics GP Support + plans are based on usage, so customers can take control over the annual spend. And customers can use their plan for any type of assistance.
Option 2: Dynamics GP Support Standard
A standard support plan is where support is charged at a fixed percentage of the original software cost on an annual basis. This is the traditional method that software support has been provided by many organisations. Customers receive unlimited support during the year, however it is limited to 'support only' requests.

Microsoft Enhancement Cover
A Microsoft Dynamics GP support contract will contain two components; Microsoft Enhancement Cover and Partner Support, these are either quoted combined or separately. Microsoft Enhancement Cover entitles customers to license upgrades and other Microsoft benefits, Partner Support is the day-to-day support provided by your assigned partner.
How easy is it to change partner?
