engagePro: How it works...
Setting up engagePro
Before emabarking on your engagePro plan, we will send one of our SharePoint consultants to your site to discuss your system and understand your specific requirements. Recommendations can also be made on how your SharePoint system could be improved. We will give you access to your engagePro portal so you can view the state of your contract and do health checks of your system as part of your plan.

Remote Access
To access our clients systems remotely ISC use Citrix GoToAssist as it provides comprehensive and secure access easily. The GoToAssist architecture is designed for maximum security and performance. No client pre-installation is needed, so support professionals can provide on-demand support to anyone with an Internet-connected computer. GoToAssist uses HTTP outbound connections to transparently enable screen-sharing sessions even with firewalls in place. In most cases, we can connect without re-configuring firewall settings. Once prompted, ISC support personnel can view a clients system to immediately diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Once the session is completed, the client simply closes GoToAssist and access to the system is ended.
